Our design engineers and installation technicians regularly attend manufacturers training seminars and trade association conferences so they are constantly in touch with the latest technology. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of personalized customer service and training before, during and after the installation.

Customer Support

Your Home Custom A/V Systems offers support and maintenance with every system we install. We design the system to be as easy to operate as making a call on your mobile phone. We will offer you a training session to ensure that you are getting the most out of your system. We provide a custom quick start user guide (cheat sheet) which includes all manuals. We also provide service agreements which will allow for regular maintenance visits.
